Delivery Policy

AJM Digital sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically, so no courier, shipping fees or delivery addresses are involved.

How your product is delivered

As soon as your card payment is confirmed by Paystack, we email a secure download link to the email address entered at checkout. The confirmation page also shows your order reference and download link.

Delivery times

• Normal delivery: immediately (usually within 1–2 minutes of a successful payment).
• Maximum delivery time: 24 hours, in the rare case of a payment or email delay.
• Access: lifetime, with unlimited re-downloads of the file you purchased.

Did not receive your product?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email is still missing, contact adevesse5@gmail.com with your order reference. Support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 SAST and we reply within 1 business day. We resend the file at no cost, and if we cannot deliver it we refund you in full.

Wrong email address

If you mistyped your email at checkout, write to us from the correct address with your order reference and payment date. We verify the transaction and resend the download link.

Pricing and currency

All products are priced and charged in South African Rand (ZAR). Card payments are processed by Paystack; AJM Digital never stores your card details. The descriptor on your bank statement reads “AJM Digital”.
