By accessing or purchasing from AJM Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or buying any of our digital products.

1. Use of our products

All digital products purchased from AJM Digital are licensed for personal, single-user use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or republish any portion of our content without written permission.

2. Intellectual property

All content — including text, design, graphics, video and downloadable materials — is the exclusive property of AJM Digital and is protected by international copyright laws.

3. Payments

Prices are listed in ZAR and may change at any time. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

4. Delivery of digital products

All products sold by AJM Digital are digital. No physical goods are shipped. After your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address used at checkout, normally within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. If your link does not arrive, email us and we will resend it.

5. Pricing, currency and payment security

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes. Card payments are processed by Paystack; we never store your card details on our servers.

6. Refunds

7. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use our products in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

AJM Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
